Bankruptcy Counseling
CCCSN is providing pre-bankruptcy counseling in the judicial districts of Nebraska, Northern and Southern Iowa. We have been approved to issue certificates in compliance with the Bankruptcy Code1. Approval does not endorse or assure the quality of an Agency’s services.
CCCSN is an approved provider of pre-bankruptcy counseling, which is required within 180 days before filing for Chapter 7 or 13 bankruptcy protection. Counseling can be received in person at one of our 8 locations or over the telephone.
